Figus Market

How Figus Market works

Figus Market is more than a checklist: it turns albums, duplicates, nearby collectors, proposals, shipping, messages, and reputation into one collector workspace.

Last updated: May 14, 2026

The complete collecting flow

Start simple, then let the app reveal the serious trading power when your collection grows.

What do I get after creating a collector account?

You get a private workspace for active albums, sticker counts, duplicates, matches, trade requests, messages, saved locations, Circle connections, public sharing, feedback, and language preferences.

Why is this different from a basic album tracker?

Figus Market understands physical copies, exact editions, weighted edition trades, multi-album opportunities, pending requests, reserved stickers, incoming stickers, and post-trade reputation.

What is the best first path?

Add an album, mark stickers as you open packs, save a broad location, review Matches, send or answer a proposal, coordinate in Messages, confirm delivery or receipt, then leave feedback.

Albums

Albums are the collections you are actively tracking.

Add your albums

Link every album you collect so the app knows which sticker lists matter to you.

Keep only active albums in focus

Abandoned albums stop driving matches, while active albums power your dashboard and sticker selector.

Use progress as your map

Progress cards show what is complete, missing, and ready to trade.

Choose the right edition

When an album has editions, pick the exact version you collect, such as base, international, Swiss, Amazon, gold, or color-parallel variants.

Set trade role and weight

For edition groups, My Albums can mark an album as collect-and-trade or outgoing-only and can give it a weight factor for fair 1:N edition swaps.

My Stickers

This is where your collection becomes useful data.

Click to add a copy

One click marks a sticker as owned. Extra clicks create duplicate copies.

Shift + click removes one copy

Use it when you marked too many or traded one away.

Understand statuses

Owned completes the slot, available is trade-ready, reserved is locked into an accepted trade, and incoming means the sticker is expected from a trade in progress.

Search and filter fast

Filter by missing, duplicates, or incoming, then search by sticker code.

Use quick add by code

Type a sticker code, optionally scope it to a section, press Enter to add it, and undo safe recent adds from the session list.

Celebrate completed albums

When your last missing sticker is added, Figus Market records the completion once, marks the album complete, and shows your completion rank for that album.

Matches

Matches show collectors who can help you and who may need what you have.

Best opportunities first

The app separates pending requests from potential matches, then ranks opportunities by how many missing stickers you can receive.

Distance uses saved places

Nearby results use your saved reference locations, not your live phone position.

Multi-album matches

A single collector can match across more than one album, and the app groups stickers by album.

Edition-aware proposals

Inside an album edition group, Matches keeps exact album-and-sticker keys straight and can suggest weighted swaps when your album settings allow it.

Check why a match ranks

Use the match details to see score, direct swaps, extra opportunities, Circle relationship, active trade state, location reference, and reputation.

Trades

Trades move from proposal to shipping, reception, feedback, and optional archive.

Start or review a request

From Matches you can propose a trade. Incoming requests show Review request; outgoing ones wait for the other collector.

Accept, decline, or cancel

Recipients can accept or decline pending requests. Either collector can cancel an accepted trade while neither side has marked shipped.

Reserved protects accepted trades

After acceptance, the stickers you give are reserved so they are not offered twice while the trade is in progress.

Shipped is tracked per side

Mark your side as shipped when you mailed or handed over your stickers. The other collector does the same for their side.

Incoming shows what is on the way

Stickers you will receive appear as incoming in My Stickers and trade details until reception is confirmed.

Confirm reception to finish

Once both sides are shipped and received, the trade can be completed and the incoming stickers become part of your collection.

Rate, review, and archive

Completed trades can be rated once. Closed trades can be archived from your list without deleting history or feedback.

Can mail-in trades use labels and tracking?

When both collectors have complete saved addresses and the trade is in progress, the trade detail can quote Basic and Premium USPS-style label options, add the Figus Market service fee, start checkout, and keep purchased label, print, tracking, pending, or failed states visible.

Who is responsible for the real-world exchange?

Figus Market helps coordinate and record trades, but collectors decide whether to trade, where to meet, how to ship, and what risk to accept. For in-person trades, choose public, well-lit, comfortable places for both people and avoid private homes unless you intentionally accept that risk.

Locations, Circle, sharing, and privacy

The app helps you find useful collectors without turning your private details into a public profile.

Search near a saved place

You can look for collectors near Home even if you are somewhere else.

Approximate is fine

You do not need to enter your exact home, work, or school address.

Privacy stays intact

Your exact address is never shown to other collectors.

Invite people you know

Use the Circle link or QR for friends, classmates, coworkers, or local collectors you can realistically meet.

Friends rank higher

Circle collectors are prioritized in Matches after pending or active trade relationships, so useful duplicates can move through people you trust first.

Manage your group

You can copy, share, regenerate the invite, and remove Circle members without changing your public share list.

One public link

Your link shows missing stickers for Collector + Trade albums and only offerable stock for albums set to Collector.

QR for in-person sharing

Show or copy the QR so another collector can open your list quickly.

Regenerate when needed

If you shared the link in the wrong place, regenerate it and the old link stops working.

Safer public tokens

Current share links use long random tokens and exact matching; older short links may stop working after regeneration or security rotation.

Public lists are limited

They do not show email, messages, private locations, or account settings.

Trade-ready only

Public counts show trade-ready copies only. For Collector albums, owned and available stickers can appear as offerable stock; stickers already in another trade stay hidden.

You control your public link

Copy it, share it, or regenerate it whenever you need a fresh URL.

Messages stay private

Trade coordination, unread state, and conversation history stay inside authenticated Messages and are not shown on public lists.

Account, language, mobile, and extras

Collector accounts keep identity, preferences, mobile behavior, and optional commerce surfaces separate from the core trading flow.

Collector is the normal role

Collector accounts manage albums, stickers, matches, trades, messages, locations, Circle, Share and QR, and feedback.

Visible name matters

Your visible collector name is what other collectors see in matches, trades, messages, Circle, and public invite surfaces.

Seller tools are separate

Buy/Sell and seller onboarding are separate launch-stage tools and may stay hidden until marketplace flows are ready.

Which languages are supported?

The public site, collector workspace, guide copy, modals, emails, and dynamic UI copy are localized across English, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese, with regional sticker vocabulary adapted after render.

Can I use it like a mobile app?

Yes. The web app includes a mobile shell, bottom navigation, install prompts where browsers allow them, secure offline shell caching, and mobile deep-link metadata for key pages.

Search exact codes

Choose an album and enter sticker codes like ARG11 or ARG 11; the search ignores spaces.

Sellers are coming

Seller results will show price, shipping cost, and availability once listings are enabled.

Become a Seller

Collectors who can fulfill exact sticker requests will have a dedicated seller onboarding flow.

What is Buy on Amazon?

United States collectors can see a curated Amazon affiliate catalog for albums, packs, bundles, and gear. Amazon handles final price, availability, seller, shipping, and purchase details.
